The Ramsey Conference Center features a large catering kitchen to support events of all sizes. Equipment includes two commercial dishwashers, ice machine, convection oven, electric warmers and ample prep space. We have a list of approved caterers available, but we are always taking applications to add new vendors to this list. We do not charge any fees to caterers or customers for providing their own food.
The Ramsey Conference Center at Lanier Technical College adheres to local ordinances as well as Technical College System of Georgia guidelines regarding the service of alcohol. Please confer with one of our Event Planners if you are considering including alcohol in your event.
